SHIPPING POLICY

Orders shipped within Canada under $200 before taxes: Flat Rate $25.00 + Taxes

Orders shipped outside of Canada under $200 before taxes: Flat Rate $75.00 + Taxes

Orders over $200 before taxes: Free Shipping

We ship anywhere and use a multiple shipping methods. We will inform you on how it will be shipped and provide a tracking number when possible.

Shipping Times: Most orders are packaged and shipped next day and to your door in 2-6 business days depending on your location in Canada. International shipping can be from 2-30 days.

Back Orders: We try to eliminate backorders as much as possible but occasionally it happens. Should this be the case, we will contact you with options for shipping your order.

REFUND POLICY

AT "Traders Yarn Shoppe", our customers satisfaction takes priority. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us.

You have 30 days to return any damaged, defective, or broken items and we will refund your purchase price or replace the item minus shipping/handling.

Not happy or ordered to much? Return unopened, unused items within 30 days. Once received, a credit note will be issued through an email or mail to be used against a later purchase.
